7 1/2 Habits of highly successful lifelong learners

After viewing the tutorial I would have to say that the first habit of beginning with the end in mind is the easiest for me. I can think up all kinds of ends in mind like end global warming, end world hunger, end the raising gasoline prices, end people being mean to each other. Ok, maybe those aren't the kind of ends we're talking about but those are the "ends" that jump out at me. As we are taught in school if the don't know where you want to go you will most likely get there. I do like habit 1. Now I find habit 5 more of a challenge. Yes the hardest habit for me is creating a learning toolbox. My resources are limited. There is not enough time, money, energy to complete all the "end" I have in mind. I have a computer and MS Word but not enough time and energy to write the great American novel. After working, fix'n dinner, doing laundry I'm tried and ready for bed. In library school we were taught large projects can be finished a little at a time. So with that END in mind I'm going to enjoy working on PLAN's Navigating New Technologies.
